3 Simple Ways To Get More WhatsApp Status Views

In case you missed it, it’s now possible to make money using your WhatsApp Status.

WhatsApp has become the major instant messaging app that everyone uses. Most of your contacts are on the app.

You’re probably using WhatsApp because a friend introduced you to it, or that almost everyone you are in constant contact with, uses the app.

Today, I’ll share with you a couple of tips I use to generate more “traffic” on my WhatsApp Status. Always remember that there are smart ways of using any product, service or app.

Tip 1

Post Attractive Photos of People “Last”

If you’ve observed, you’ll realise that the last item you post on your status becomes the default thumbnail view.

Here’s an example below:

The screenshot above is from my WhatsApp Status. You’ll realise I have an image of a fine lady. Now this attracts a lot of views. The trick here is that I’ve already posted the actual photo I want my viewers to see.

Before they tap to reach this one with the lady, they’ll see my previous posts. Hence I use the thumbnail image as the bait.

So in this case, if I wanted to post an item for sale, I would post it first before the last image above.

Mission accomplished 🌚

Tip 2

Don’t Spam Your Status 😤

Ever seen someone post a “beads” status? Pretty annoying huh?

They usually look like these:

WhatsApp doesn’t limit the number of items you can post on your status. Some users abuse this freedom to the point where it becomes annoying.

Don’t do that 🙅🏾‍♂️

It really irritates your audience. Once it becomes your habit, you make your status less attractive. This will advently affect the number of views you get on your status.

You want to avoid this as much as possible. Post in bits. At most 5 posts should be fine.

Remember, we’re trying to build an audience so we can monitize it. So make sure you’re not being unattractive 🙄

Tip 3

Post At Peak Times

For this, you have to observe the best times when your contacts are online.

The best peak times I’ve seen are in the mornings: between 6am and 9am; and in the evenings, between 5pm and 10pm.

This could differ depending on your audience type. These times are usually commensurate with 9 to 5 workers. Observe that it’s around the hours when there’s less office work.

This is not to say that you can’t post at any time you want. It’s just a way to make maximum use of your posting times.

Also, due to the pandemic, a lot of people are working from home, hence more people have “free” time to watch your status.
